Can’t quite understand why folks will walk down the hallways at all hours of the night or day making a racket, seemingly unaware that some folks might still be sleeping at 6 am or 11 pm. Can the hotel sound proof the hallways a bit more?

I was very disappointed with the initial reception. They didn't give me adequate directions to my room and I got lost. No one was ready to help me find my room. FYI - they have two towers, and my room was on the 15th floor of a tower that was very far from the reception desk, I went to the wrong tower and was running around looking for my room, and no one directed me. Also, the valet parking attendants were always chatting with each other and not paying attention to the guests. The room was very clean and the maid service was excellent. I don't blame anyone except the management that failed to train their employees

The was a very noise in the early morning trim the tree, and at mid night around 11:30pm, still there were people talk and laugh very loud. Although our floor is at 10th, but still bother us for sleep. Also in the front of the hotel, the customer's truck open two way' doors to block the road, then it blocked 5-7 cars behind him. I asked that stuff, if they could close one door, then the other cars would move around, but he told me was " it is what it is." It is very bad experience for me to live that hotel, worst ever!

Great options for breakfast in the restaurant, the grill, or the market. Dinner offers the grill or a pizza stop just down the hall. Great staff. Great room.
