The person that checked us in was very welcoming and helpful. The positive experience stopped there. There was a convention happening during our stay which seems to take precedence over any other “regular” guest. We were asked to find a different route to the parking structure as not to disturb the event that was taking place. This left us with the only option of walking up the ramp of the parking structure the same way that cars enter. Multiple room service items we ordered via the website were not actually in stock. Then the delivered a completely different order altogether. On the morning of our departure, the cleaning employee entered our room after one swift knock at the door. Giving us zero time to put clothes on. I will take the blame for not putting the “do not disturb” sign up but I’ve never had someone enter our room so abruptly at 8am before. Overall, just a terrible experience. I would not stay here.

Nice and clean rooms. Close enough to Disneyland resort, with an ART (paid shuttle) just outside. Would stay again.

We spent 6 nights here in August 2025. We loved our stay. The staff were friendly & helpful. The buffet breakfast was fabulous with lots of variety. Walkable distance to Disneyland. Hopefully we will be back one day.
