From the valet attended, check-in/front staff and even the gift shop employees were all wonderful. This is my new favorite hotel. Easy walking distance to downtown Disneyland. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the balcony we had. My expertise and expectations were completely blown away. Ive been used to staying at the neighboring hotel westin but now id choose this. For the cost I definitely was not expecting this level of services and luxury. 100/10 in my book!!!

Great thank you! My room had some cleaning issues I didn’t say anything but I expect to check into anclean room it was apparent they didn’t fully clean the floors. Staff could have been nicer. But roof at the and staff were incredible
