Upon arrival, the initial interaction with the staff proved to be less than satisfactory. Following room allocation, we discovered bloodstains on the top cover, which were subsequently addressed by the cleaning staff. We experienced delays in receiving essential amenities, including bath towels, bath tissues, and bottled water, requiring multiple requests to the lobby reception. Furthermore, the room was not serviced on Tuesday, and despite anticipating service on Wednesday, it remained uncleaned. While the hotel's aesthetic is appealing, the overall experience was disappointing, leading us to conclude that the establishment is overpriced and under-serviced.
