Apartment (1 bedroom) was very clean and view was incredible. The kitchen is complete and nothing is missing. A keurig could be added. It is a cheap addition that goes a long way. Toilet paper holder is loose and shower absolutely needs a shower handle. 2 more towels would have been welcome. Overall this is the second year we stay at this period and we enjoyed it. I will start by saying the location of this hotel is fantastic and the view of the beach and the water were great! My positives end there. I am assuming the pictures online represent some of the rooms. I booked an oceanfront room based on these photos. My room looked nothing like the pics, so beware. Instead of updated flooring I had musty old blue carpet which smelled. The sofa sank as soon as you sat on it. You would sink to the frame, basically unusable. The inside furniture was peeling old wicker and the outside was rusted without cushions. I love the beach and could stare at the view all day - but sorry to say, I wouldn't go back here.

Even though this property is marketed as a resort, it feels more like a motel with a sea-facing balcony. At $500 a night, I expected far more. While the room had a kitchen, it lacked even the basics such as coffee powder or tea bags—amenities that are often provided even in budget motels. The AC unit leaked water into the bedroom, the spring bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were subpar. The bathroom, while clean, was outdated and built with low-quality materials. On the plus side, the overall cleanliness was good. However, the value for money is simply not there, and calling this a “resort” is misleading—it’s essentially a motel or inn with a nice view.
