We only stayed one night, but it was a very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were comfortable. The pool was a nice temperature. Often times, the indoor pool at other hotels is so cold it isn't fun to be in. The temperature of this pool was perfect and my grandson and husband could enjoy themselves without freezing. A very nice place. We will stay here again if we come back to this area.

Rooms were very clean, we stayed 2 night, even had room service, which is practically nonexistent in the day and age. They made our beds, gave us fresh towels and amenities!! Staff was very friendly, the bar was great. Only downfall was, the hot tub was not working (and obviously hasn't been for some time!!) Conveniently located, decently priced, would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The staff was so so kind and helped me and my boyfriend with everything. My only complaint was the beds were so so firm. We couldn’t get comfortable and ended up leaving but other than that, the hotel was beautiful, just not for us. Also Expedia has it listed that there’s an arcade/game room but they do not have it anymore.

We were kept up most of the night of our stay by young girls running through the hall and knocking on doors. At one point there was a man yelling so load it echoed through the pool room because he was tired of the noise. When we told the front desk nothing was offered.
