Open and covered terrace with private pool and fixed BBQ . Parking places inside de property. Situated in one of the best locations on the Costa Blanca. Within walking distance of the beach and the harbour of Campomanus (200 meters) where you can dine in luxury at the yacht club or grab a quick pizza in one of the bistros. There is a supermarket at the end of the road and Altea old town with its charming cobbled streets, restaurants and shops is a five minute drive away. A very nice villa for 1 or 2 pairs of people ...

A very nice villa for 1 or 2 pairs of people or to stay alone. The sea view is amazing and outright beautiful. The villa is pretty and not too big and even floored, so no stairs, which is handy for people with disabilities.
