We loved NRMA Warrnambool. We only stayed one night but it has a great family friendly vibe. The outdoor pool looked like fun and the indoor one was like a bath. The cabin was spacious and clean with complimentary tea, coffee etc.. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but my favourite thing was the towel swan on the bed, a lovely touch🤓

Was an old cabin with obvious need for upgrade eg bed was like laying on chipboard, and for maintenance eg bottom of bathroom door rotting as has been wet a lot and shower head dripped constantly. But it was clean and linen was lovely. Beautiful river nearby so location was great.

The staff were very welcoming, and when we lost power to our holiday home the maintenance team were over within 30 minutes to fix the problem. The park was very well maintained and the indoor pool is well heated, essential when the weather is too cool to use the unheated outdoor pool.
