Quite pleasant!

My stay was nice. The room had an air unit that actually worked. The place was clean and well tended. The shower got hot, the fridge functioned well, and the staff were quite wonderful! The breakfast was nice, if a little underwhelming. Check in and check out was fast and easy.

Stayed 3 nights. The room (331) had no heat on a very cold night. The next day I asked to change and was given a floor lower. At 3am on the last night I got a knock at the door and a guy, high as a kite, was standing at my door, completely nacked, and he asked to use my phone. I called reception and it took an hour for the situation to be handled. The next day I asked that the manager call me, which never happened, resulting in this review. In short - polite staff, decent breakfast, but sketchy area with kooks.

We booked 1 night online and ended up staying a second. Super clean, well-appointed rooms with very comfortable beds. In-room A/C worked perfectly. We did 1 load of coin-op laundry on the premises which was inexpensive and super convenient.
