This is the main house. The 2 car garage in the back has an attached casita that is also listed on Airbnb. The garage is SHARED, one side belongs to the casita. Do not park or block in the driveway that leads to the casita.
PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking: 1 space in SHARED garage, driveway behind garage space or free street parking. No parking in the driveway leading to the garages. $150 charge for each lost or stolen key(s) and/or Garage door opener not returned to designated location. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. The property is adorable, cozy, and plenty of room for 3-4 people to spread out. Taryn was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns.We came during Thanksgiving weekend to visit my son who’s a student at UNM. The property is close enough to campus, the airport and a lot of attractions in Albuquerque. I have been several times but stayed in hotels. I will start staying at this property if it is available!
