Perfect location to go to the great Sands national Park and explore all the trails as well as the sand dunes. The staff of the hotel was really great and we met the owner Alps who was positive. Susan at the front desk was very nice and easy to work with also.

Our bathroom was dirty(previous occupants hair all in the shower floor & on the wall of the shower. Semi dried shampoo on the shower wall in wet clumps) the hot water was non existent in the shower. Lukewarm at best. The sliding glass door had no handle, were the handle used to be was just a hole that you could put your finger in to tug the door open.
