We stayed for one day and night as part of a weekend bicycle trip to visit Kent. We were very impressed with the hotel. It seems to have undergone complete renovations. The lobby/restaurant/bar areas are welcoming and comfortable, the room was spacious, modern, and clean, with excellent climate control. The staff were friendly and responsive. Overall, it enhanced our enjoyable visit to Kent.

This five star hotel is within walking distance of many rest aurants and shops. I was disappointed that the bar/restaurant in the hotel is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. We stay here whenever we head home to Ohio. All staff was friendly, knowledgeable and went out out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay at KSU Hotel! Appreciated how late the pool is open—a nice way to relax at the end of the day. Nice fitness center too! Room was very spacious with microwave and mini fridge! Plenty of towels given in the room. Shower pan was a little dingy, with that happens with age. Staff were very helpful! Overall, extremely pleased with our stay and will be back!

Never Stay There Again

Staff was very aloof, not engaging, and generally not welcoming. PTAC unit in room was very noisy. Fortunately, staff did allow us to relocate to another room. However, it felt as though their primary concern during our room relocation was how soon we could vacate the space.
