The room was excellent, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. The only problem I had, and it was all on me, but the young lady at the desk when I checked in was friendly but I had a lot of trouble understanding her. I have double hearing aids and had to ask her to repeat herself. But overall it was a really good stay

Stay was great ,most of staff is friendly. The only thing that shocked me was, the staff at the hotel "swiped" my credit card and charged me, but would not provide me with a receipt. Then at checkout after my stay , i tried to request a receipt for my stay. the Male staff member said "sorry we cannot give you a receipt. you will need to contact expedia for one". So i have to keep an eye out on my credit card charges to make sure this hotel credits the $100 hold back onto my credit card.

The hotel itself is great and clean. The other guests were rude in the floor above us and down the hall. They were noisy until 3 am and kept us up. You could hear what was going on between the wall and floors.
