It was really nice having a fridge with freezer. However, our room smelled like dog. We turned the unit ac fan on continuous but it kept stopping then the smell would come back; even bought room freshner but didn’t help. Most frustrating when I told front desk at check out she didn’t seem interested in the unit issue or the smell. Nice rooms but don’t plan to stay again.

Hi! My friend and I enjoyed our room and stay. We just noticed a couple small things that would’ve made it more comfortable: 1. We ordered a wake up call and didn’t get it. 2. The exercise bike had an issue. 3. The remote had an issue so we called and they brought us a new one but it had an issue as well. 4. No conditioner nor lotion. Other than those things, everyone was excellent and I’d stay there again.

We stayed at Home2 Suites as we were attending a concert at Blossom Music Center. The room was clean and well appointed. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast is served (the coffee was very good). Access is easy off Ohio Route 8. We would certainly stay there again if we were attending another event at Blossom.

This was the best hotel experience that I have had in a very long time! The property and the room were clean and convenient! Easy parking too! The staff were super helpful and friendly! We will most definitely return to this particular hotel when we are in the area again. I highly recommend to anyone and will recommend to friends/family!
