We liked just about everything about this place. The staff was very polite and friendly! Seemed newly renovated and very bright and cheerful! The handicapped accessible room, however, had a sink that did not meet ADA standards.
check in went smooth. First day was great except for the hard beds the sleep number bed was not working properly. Could tell the room was rushed to be cleaned. Hair in shower bathroom floor was dirty carpet needed vacuumed. Don't take your shoes of unless you want black socks. If you stay over a ...
Bed was comfy rooms quiet great place to recharge. Amazingly no places to walk to for dining with all the hotels in the area but room service was good. Wouldn’t want to stay more than a few days because location kind of dead.
We arrived around 10 pm. The electricity was going on and off. By the time we got to the room everything was back on. However, the power went off again at 3:30 am. My husband has to use a Cpap machine to sleep.once the power went out he was unable to sleep. We fumbled around for an hour or so getting our things packed up We left at 5:30 am and had to use a side door to exit and carry our things across the side yard.we had driven 3 hours the night before thinking we would be well rested for Saturday and the major event we attended. Due to no power, no access to hair duets, morning coffee, and breakfast, we had to leave early and would have been better off staying home and driving the 3 hours early Saturday morning.
Nice clean and quiet Friendly and knowledgeable
Nice room with comfortable bed. Great location for visiting multiple sightseeing and entertainment venues.
Clean facility and close to Brandywine and Boston Mills Ski Resorts. Also close to movie theater and a huge choice of dining. The staff was amazingly friendly. The rooms felt clean and were comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub were in great shape for my 7-year-old to go swimming in. Thanks for a great stay!
