This is an old hotel about to go through renovations. There were a few glitches like the phone in our room didn’t work, and they had no intention of fixing it. Otherwise everything was acceptable. The on site restaurant and view of the waterfalls in the river from our suite were the highlights.

We enjoyed our stay at The Sheraton & especially liked our suite overlooking the river & falls. It is a lovely hotel. Our only problem was that we asked for maid service for the 3 nights we were there but only got it once.

Beautiful and clean hotel

Beautiful view when you go outside in the back. Clean rooms, nice staff, however, website said free breakfast and there was no free breakfast. So many events were there, it was hard to find a parking space and a sign indicating where the pool and outside patio were would have been helpful.
