Very happy to see that the entire property had been renovated. However, our room had lots of Dust, no hot water in the sink in the bathroom, phone in room had no cable to hook it up and use. The breakfast is not up to par as it had been in the past. Oatmeal was a brick, even adding water since there was no regular milk, only chocolate. Unfortunate, we have been coming to this property at 2 times a year for the past 10 years.

The bed was like sleeping in a giant hole, the bathroom construction was incomplete, there was a family of seven stomping around our room until midnight, there were dirty towels left in our room and they didn’t replace them when we asked.

Everything was clean and newly renovated. Still alot of work being done in hallways. Breakfast was terrible. No potatoes or bacon or pancakes. Hilton Breakfast is usually better.
