This newly custom built home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a half bath. It has a dining room with 12ft ceiling, formal living room and kitchen with 10ft ceiling, and a keeping room with vaulted ceiling. The master bedroom plus 2 other bedrooms are on the main floor. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a jack and Jill bathroom with 2 sinks and toilet and shower in separate area. The 4th bedroom is upstairs with a full bathroom. The covered patio out back has a 60in tv with plenty of seating. This home is bright, open, and airy. It’s in a gated community and is within minutes to the club house that has 2 golf courses. The home has easy access to Publix, Target, and lots of great eating places. It is approximately 35 minutes from the Augusta National.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.
