Hotel is centrally located. Clean and modern

Very friendly staff. It was written on cards that room cleaning would be done every third day unless we requested more often. Stayed six nights and room was never cleaned. We had to empty our own trash and call for clean towels and Kleenex after the fourth day.

This Hyatt Place location was my second choice, but will be my first choice in the future. All of the staff were extremely friendly and professional. Outside of a slow check in I was extremely pleased!!! Great stay!

The room was pretty nice I guess. We were given a handicap room which wasn’t necessary and I’d booked well in advanced. I did bring my dog and it was burdensome to be on the top floor in the last room of the floor when we had to go out and there is a 75 dollar fee for that as well. When we arrived I was charged additionally in advance for incidentals (which were taxed) in the event I used the bar or something else that wasn’t really there and when I checked out they kept part of it when I didn’t use anything extra. I didn’t appreciate the hidden cost and I never got a receipt for that which I was told would be on orbitz. The pool was closed because of rain and the breakfast wasn’t great at all. I’m sure Covid didn’t help the experience but it was “free” and you get what you pay for. Oh, and we were there 3 days and had to call to have clean towels brought to us. House keeping only came when you called to provide those, never even knocked to see if we needed them. I understand precautions but that seemed extreme. I probably won’t stay here again.

What i liked about the property is the lounge area was very clean and nicely decorated. What i did not like was day 1; 2 used roll of toilett tissue and we ran out of tissue .
