I had really bad experience with my Stay, hotel is of 3 star US hotel quality. My room did not have hair dryer and safe working, AC was licking the water, how can a 5 start hotel give a room to the guest without checking everything. I was charged entire amount of my stay at the time of check in which was unheard of. Entire female staff was rude and not even picking up my call to the reception or guest service. At the breakfast i was given table with no napkins and most days no servers came to ask what I needed , I actually complained regarding this to the manager. I am going to write to the IGH hotels regarding my experience. I would give just one start to this hotel and will never ever stay there again. Waste of a lot of money.
