Wonderful staff who went out of the way to provide superb service. Even had someone helped my wife put on a sari, saving me much grief and anxiety.

Clean but hard to breath

309 & 310. Room & bathroom spacious and clean. Beds short but comfortable, fridge, cable TV, aircon, ceiling fan. View west over construction to RajPath hotel and Taj visible through pollution. Room windows have no fly wire (this section of Agra is mosquito central) and bathroom has no extraction fan, so without aircon you suffocate !! Aircon either full on freight train or off so you suffocate or endure a blizzard all night. Third bed was a fold bunk and had huge sinkhole in middle. Breakfast was included and very good: wide choices, properly cooked brown toast, service excellent, tableware clean. Basement breakfast restaurant has no natural light or ventilation and smells of damp washing. Roof top restaurant/bar was disaster area with dust and construction going on where bar fridge is not turned on so drinks were not cold. Not well known to auto rickshaw drivers so good to direct with mobile phone map. Note: Tripadvisor map shows correct location (27.15678, 78.05025). Google maps is 100m out and the hotel website is about 1km out !

Good hotel close to attractions in Agra.

We booked this hotel as it sounded eclectic online. I was not disappointed. Overall, the hotel was comfortable had spacious rooms and was clean. My only concern was the approach to the hotel was less than pleasing. However, once inside the hotel, it was very comfortable. We had an emergency situation with our 6 year old son and the front desk manager was kind enough to have one of the staff give us a ride to a medical store. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay at Siris 18, Agra.

Worst hotel ever

The room was not clean. The towels had once been white. The bottles with schampoo/soap & moisturizer had been used. Only cold water in the shower. The breakfast was miserable.
