The Sapphire Addis Hotel in Bole is a consistently excellent choice, particularly valued for its proximity to the airport and locations like Edna Mall. I stayed at the hotel for two days and I greatly appreciated the clean, spacious rooms. The staff are efficient, friendly and very accommodating The gym is well maintained, clean and has all the essential equipments. It also comes with amenities such as the Watermelon Spa. The breakfast is generous and offers both local and international varieties. A minor inconvenience, the street outside of the hotel is under renovation at the moment, even though it’s expected to be completed very soon. In general the hotel offers very reliable comfort and value and I highly recommend it for both business and leisure visits to Addis Ababa.

I had to leave the room without staying the night because of their terrible service and lack of internet. I booked the room specifically to work, only to find out there was no internet and their support was unhelpful.
