Filthy had to climb stairs handicapped. Water standing in bathroom floor as if toilet overflowing and not properly cleaned. No toilet paper got my own. At 945 housekeeping banging on door to see if we are checking out. Check out is at 11am. Shower curtain lower half stained and black. Probably luxury in Mubi. Get what you pay for. Horrible Terrible.

We paid a premium price for a room and the bed was walloed out and worn out, they had to come in and make the shower work because there was no water they said it was a stuck valve, and you could tell it hadn't had much upkeep done. Dont waste time or money it was very expensive it is what you expect from a 50.00 room that was over 100 a night never again.

The room was dirty, I saw a roach crawl from the sink and the middle bed sheet had not been washed and was covered in stains. There were stains on everything and I honestly didn’t want to touch anything. Some of the guests were super loud walking around the property shouting and arguing well into the middle of the night.

I had two rooms booked, first room floors were filthy! Our bare feet were black, so we wet the floor with water and wiped it and it was black. Behind our bathroom door was a bottle top and debris. It was so gross. Mattress was so uncomfortable too. Next room, bed sheets and comforter had multiple stains, floor was exactly the same as first room. Plus, the shower was so corroded that you could not turn the shower on. The pictures that are on their site are totally false! It is very sketchy and not safe for single women!!!!
