Lovely spacious, clean & comfortable room. Reception staff very nice. But the room was very austere. No kettle, no bar fridge. Parking process was very interesting!!! Initially had to drive up pedestrian street to hotel entry. Should have had better arrival instructions.

The hotel is spotless. They held our luggage so we could go find the parking which was about a block away. The rooms are very clean and plenty of room for all our suitcases. Breakfast was wonderful. Great area.

B&B Hotel Aachen was really central, close to the old town so easy to explore the area. There were lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach, and although there was no direct hotel parking, the hotel has a link with a local car park and offers a good discount.

Nice stay in a great location

Nice hotel with a great location. We were there to check out the Christmas Market and the walk was short. Underground parking was a plus (extra fee), but spots are limited. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly.
