"We checked into the hotel around midnight, and only during check-in were we informed that the elevators were not working. I had booked two rooms and was traveling with a 2-year-old child, which made the situation very inconvenient. Since it was already late at night, we really had no other option. I politely asked if they could offer any discount or compensation due to the inconvenience, but the manager didn’t even try to help or discuss any alternatives. She simply said, “Have a wonderful day,” which basically felt like we were being told to leave if we weren’t happy. The breakfast was also very disappointing with poor quality and limited options. Overall, the property looked a bit shady and did not feel comfortable or welcoming for families. Definitely not the experience we expected."
