"Room smelled like smoke. They tried to say they were over booked and couldn’t move us to another room . I booked two rooms one was unoccupied . Wasn’t replenished or clean in either rooms . Girl at desk was eating and kept a sign that said would be back. Sloppy all together. Counter girl seemed to have no idea how to help with items.
Musty smell and water damaged walls
