Welcome to our home in La Casa Que Ve Al Mar, a truly tranquil slice of paradise overlooking Zihuatanejo Bay. It is a place where the warm sea meets the golden sand under a hot, warming sun; where the constant, brushing breeze rolls with the crash of the waves to absorbs you into total relaxation. Close to everything and hast the best viws in town. It is our hope that you have a truly beautiful vacation with your loved ones.
Our House Rules: Cleaning: Please be respectful of the unit and the things inside it. The unit will be cleaned once per week. If you require additional cleaning, it can be arranged for a fee of 350 pesos. At the end of your stay, please ensure that dishes are washed and any large messes are looked after. A/C: The villa has a number of AC units to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. As electricity is a premium, we ask that you please close your doors when using the air conditioning units. The units also have a tendency to malfunction if doors are open so we ask that you make sure the unit is sealed before running them for long periods of time and please refrain from leaving the AC on when not in the unit. Noise: Ensuring you enjoy yourself is our top priority. While we encourage you to make the most of your stay, we also ask you to be mindful of the other people that are staying here. This means no loud audio devices in public areas and a noise curfew of 9:30pm. Vistas Bay prides itself on having a quiet, relaxing and family friendly environment and as such partying, excessive drinking and other rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated. After the first complaint guests will receive a warning. A second complaint will result in the loss of damage deposit and a third complaint will result in immediate eviction from the property. Plunge Pool: The condo has a beautiful and private plunge pool located on your large private terrace. We ask that you don't bring glass into the pool at any time.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool and a washing machine.

Heaven in earth

The view is amazing, the condo is well maintained and the pools are wonderful. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. The Owner answers messages in a timely fashion. I would suggest a folder or binder with restaurants, taxi phone numbers and printed info on check out, garbage Removal, etc . Staff on site are friendly and helpful.This a quiet, safe, comfortable condo.

Second time we rented there.

It was disappointing at first. There was no one to greet us, and once in the unit , it felt like the 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels was the most important thing. The barbecue , that was in the pictures, not there. However it grew on us , loved the view and deck!! However I have to say, the people who “ own” units, were Very Unfriendly!! Rude actually. It makes it uncomfortable.

Beautiful property

Stayed at this property for 2 weeks and had everything for a comfortable stay. Initially we couldn’t get connected to wifi and had to go down and sit near the office outside to connect with family/friends at home. The property management was right on it though and after several tries, returned with another person and had it fixed. The pictures of the unit are realistic and the place is just beautiful. Huge king size bed in very large primary bedroom and two beds in second bedroom. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and the living room can get quite hot but there are huge fans to move the air around. Bonus was having the cooling pool right in the terrace with a beautiful view of the sunset. Recommend this place highly!

Incredible View!

The unit has a spectacular view. While dated, it was clean and suited us well. WiFi was slow, and often disconnected. Television was a bit small for viewing from couch on opposite side of the room, but who needs to watch TV when you have a view like that? With a view comes a steep walking driveway or lots of stairs, but even the 89-year-old mother of my girlfriend could manage to walk to the beach, and a taxi was just 70 pesos! Pools were gorgeous! Good value for the price!

We had a great relaxing time here. The condo is as advertised- I wouldn’t say luxurious, but it was very comfortable with anything you might need in the kitchen, bathroom or laundry. The view, balcony and plunge pool were a nice bonus considering that the price was significantly less per night than other options during the busy week (Semana Santa) we visited. The community pools were gorgeous and the resident/owners we met were friendly and welcoming. The guys working at the guard house were very helpful and a highlight of our trip! Short walk to beach and Oxxo (minimart) and our favorite restaurant while we were here- Adelita’s. Taxi back from El Centro if you don’t want to sweat uphill was about $70 pesos and we’ll worth it, but the walk down was nice. Loved it!

Beware of misrepresentation!

This condo unit has not had any UPDATES since the day it was built. Upon our arrival, we were beyond disappointed. For the money that we paid we expected luxury and it was far from it. Way too many deficiencies to list here. Please be careful as the photos online are very misleading. The view, common pools and grounds were spectacular.

The property manager pulled a bait and switch on us. We took a taxi to the property address, and he called us and told us he had a better property. We had to hire another taxi to go to the new property. It was far from the beach, in a small neighborhood without taxis, and far from restaurants and town. There was nothing we could do. We had to take it. It was so upsetting to be completely at their mercy.

Perfect stay

Oscar and his team were very helpful in getting us in and letting us stay late. We had a late flight and Oscar was very gracious in letting have some extra time. It was a lovely stay, and a delight to have our own private pool on our patio.

Wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay, the complex was in a great location, quiet and the staff are very nice, we liked the appartment too, but it would just need a little tlc to refresh the walls and deco in main bath. The overall was good and the view was awsome!
