Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service, the staff at front desk give me an attitutde when they are supposed to serve guests AND I am actually spending money there. The pillow has cigeratte smells even its a non-smoking room. I don’t even wana bother to change as their attitude is so bad. It feels like they just wana go home. Only good thing is the location, and the actual room is good, just the people are TERRIBLE.

酒店沒暖氣，在寒流的晚上住真的想死，被子不夠厚，附加的另一張被又黃又舊，兩張加起來還是冷得要死。厠所很多地方發霉，感覺很差。
