Warm place in reality- very cold place. No even 3

It was the most frustrating hotel for years of my experience. Which is 50 countries, 180 cities, over 300 hotels. No telephone, iron, TV set in the room. It is very cold in the whole motel. Only two rooms were occupied inc ours. Cheapest sleepers one can imagine. Meal was better in chinese university, where i studied 30 years ago. Dead bird and cigarettes at balcony. Extremely cold in bathroom and no privacy from living room. Pictures on Hotels.com are nice and starring high but in reality it is lower than 3 star place. Drivers are smiling but bear in mind that they will ask doubled price when their service is finished. NO PACKED TEA AND COFFEE MACHINE.

The owner made things very easy for us. The best host even we had a language barrier, she tried her best to help us. We had very generous breakfast. The property is very clean. The site location scenery are fantastic. We had a room with glass all around. We would recommend this place to everyone. We would like to suggest to Expedia is to put the adresse of the Warm place clearer with the phone number of the owner and her her name so we can contact her. We spent 3hours with the local taxi driver looking for the WarmP’ace. We had to stay at another hotel for the night That was the unpleasant part to start.
