This is a friendly small property with just 10 bungalows in a horse shoe shape around the pool and looking out onto the beach. Perfect for relaxing. Rooms were cleaned daily and were comfortable with good amenities. All of the staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. There are places to eat close by and a few local shops. I would definitely recommend nur beach and would stsy there again.

Idéalement situé au bord de la plage de Jambiani, l'hÎtel est une petite structure de 10 bungalows seulement chacun avec sa terrasse donnant sur la piscine. Ce cÎté intime est trÚs agréable. Les chambres sont simples mais confortables, le personnel attentionné. La possibilité de stationner sur place est un plus. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et les repas servis en journée sont bons. TrÚs bon choix si on veut faire du kite surf ou se balader sur la plage ou tout simplement se détendre.

La struttura Ăš bellissima, vista mare spettacolare. I bungalow personali sono ben curati, puliti e caratteristici. La piscina vista mare permette di farsi un bagno nelle ore piĂč calde (o quando c'Ăš la marea). Il personale Ăš professionale, simpatico e gentilissimo, come anche i proprietari, disponibilissimi e pronti per ogni richiesta. Nulla da dire, il posto Ăš perfetto, relax e ottima cucina (il ristorante Ăš pazzesco!). Consiglio: portate un adattatore di corrente (io non lo avevo e mi Ăš stato prestato dall'hotel). Insomma, CONSIGLIATISSIMO, soprattutto per le coppie (non c'Ăš animazione per bambini, quindi Ăš molto tranquillo) e per chi ama il kitesurf (c'Ăš la scuola proprio dentro l'hotel). Grazie mille Nur Beach, torneremo sicuramente!

TrĂšs bel hĂŽtel, vue du bungalow magnifique, vu globale de l’hĂŽtel sur l'ocĂ©an vraiment splendide. Les managers sont français ce qui est pratique quand on parle trĂšs mal l'anglais comme moi lol. De plus on a eu un petit souci qui Ă  Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ© de suite. Donc on applaudi la rĂ©activitĂ© des managers. TrĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ© prix. La seule chose de « nĂ©gative » Ă  dire, c’est concernant le ptit dej... on ne peut pas prendre autant qu’on veut ni choisir ce que l’on veut (exemple : SOIT beurre SOIT miel). Pour les ventres sur pattes c’est dĂ©rangeant, pour les ptits mangeurs c’est pas problĂ©matique.

Nice beach resort

Very nice and welcoming resort in Jambiani. The room interior is rustic and very nice. The staff is soooo amazing! They are very helpful and friendly. In the evenings, the resort guests have dinner at the lounge with music playing on the back ground and great ambiance!

Great hotel, Great Staff, Great Food

The hotel was very clean, inviting and relaxing from the beginning. The staff is fantastic and very kind with great recommendations. The rooms are wonderful and very relaxing with a chillout porch where you can listen to the waves and relax. The food is great and the weather is amazing! I went with my buddy and didn't realize that it is a little more romantic so that was a little funny. Would go with my significant other next time. FYI.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© contraint de passer les 4 derniĂšres nuits dans un autre hĂŽtel appartenant au mĂȘme propriĂ©taire, ouvert il y a 3 semaines. Sur place, tous les clients Ă©taient des victimes de problĂšmes de rĂ©servation comme nous... Donc si vous avez la chance de passer effectivement un sĂ©jour dans cet hĂŽtel, vous avez de la chance, il est trĂšs bien bien, le staff est vraiment souriant, et efficace, l'ambiance est cosy, calme, parfait pour un sĂ©jour Ă  Jambiani.

Gorgeous beach hotel

We had an amazing three night stay at Nur Beach. The rooms and resort are very tastefully designed and decorated. On a very beautiful stretch of beach! Food and service also great. Overall really great value compared to other resorts charging just as much or more.

Fijne relax plek!

Mooie huisjes/hutjes met een eigen "veranda". Fijn zwembad en loungegedeelte (met bijpassende muziek). Ontvangst was prettig evenals het personeel. We hadden de eerste nacht veel last van muggen, maar dankzij de muggenspray van het hotel was dit hierna over. Wij vonden de opzet super mooi en we kwamen hier prettig tot rust. Een paar verbeterpuntjes: het houtwerk en randen op de kamer zijn niet schoon (sanitair etc wel). Een goed hor voor de louvre deurtjes zou welkom zijn (nu open gaten) evenals voor het raamkozijn (grote kieren). Een zitstoel in de kamer zou een aanvulling zijn. De keuken is niet bijzonder, we hebben veel beter gegeten op Zanzibar (jammer). Daarentegen is de tonijn sandwich wel echt goed! Maar iets te weinig keuze.

Tolles neues Strandhotel mit top Personal

Wir waren eine Woche im Nur Beach Hotel und waren rundum zufrieden. Der Pool, die Bungalows und die gesamte Anlage waren super sauber und das Personal unglaublich freundlich. Jambiani ist eine eher ruhige Strandregion man kann aber tolle AusflĂŒge machen und ganz entspannt am Strand entspannen. Das Hotel entspricht genau dem Bildern im Internet und hat ein super Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis.

Ett paradis att ÄtervÀnda till!

Vi hade en underbar vecka i Jambiani. Vi promenerade mellan 5-10 km per dag pÄ stranden och det finns mÄnga stÀllen att pausa pÄ om man blir törstig eller vill Àta nÄgon annanstans. Tidvattnet mÄste man hÄlla lite koll pÄ om man vill gÄ tillbaka pÄ stranden men det gÄr alltid att gÄ genom byn. Utanför hotellet hÄller captain Jams till och vill man snorkla eller Äka pÄ utflykt Àr han en pÄlitlig och trygg person som kan havet och ön pÄ sina fem fingrar. Vi har varit i Jambiani flera gÄnger brukar alltid anlita de lokala aktörerna vid utflykter dÄ hotellen oftast Àgs av européer och turismen Àr en viktig inkomstkÀlla Àven för lokalbefolkningen.

Idyllic but take your own food

This hotel is immaculate and ideal for a quiet relaxing getaway. The service was helpful and not in your face but the food was poor. Everyday the staff present a substantial menu and ask you what you want to order for evening meal, for several hours after they return explaining that this item is off the menu until all that is left is rice, potatoes or something out of the freezer. Rather unforgivable given the hotel is literally on the beach and fishermen go out every day to catch fresh fish.

Wonderful Experience, would do it again!

Exceptionally quaint bungalows alongside a pristine and gorgeous beach. This is truly a gem of a hotel. My wife and I stayed three nights here (perfect amount of time) after coming from Stone Town and the Serengeti. This was a nice & relaxing hotel with only 10 rooms. The prices are quite high for the food and drinks (relative to local prices) on many items, but still reasonable as compared to the states. We would definitely stay here again as it was a fantastic respite from the craziness of traveling in East Africa.

Small intimate and quiet resort

Spent 2 nights at Nur Beach Resort. The resort is quite small and laid back with 10 thatched roof bungalows surrounding a very nice pool and is located right on the beach. At high tide, however, the beach is underwater and the ocean crashes up against a cement wall. The staff was very friendly and helpful and arranged a number of excursions to see some sights on the island. The bungalows were pretty basic but clean. There was no air conditioning but thankfully the ceiling fan and breeze kept the place cool enough so that sleep was possible. Meals were available in the main open air lobby and staff were most accommodating. Meals weren't fancy but ok. A nice place to come and hang out for a few days.
