This family home is bright and spacious with 3 floors, simple equipped kitchen, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms and bathroom in a quiet area near a smal shopping center and the dunes.This family house is the perfect destination for you and your family. Spacious, bright and modern. The house has 3 bedrooms: 2 double rooms and 1 room with two separate beds.

You way in:
Through the spacious front garden you reach the entrance that gives access to the hall, the toilet, and the living room which is located at the front of the house. The kitchen is spacious but basic. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove and extractor. Big dining area in the kitchen.
1st Floor: Here are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. Bedroom-1 and the bathroom are at the front. The other bedroom is at the rear. The bathroom has a sink and a shower. The third very spacious bedroom is on the 2nd floor.

## Neighborhood


The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.



## Transit

There is a bus stop at 2 minutes walking distance.
You can use bus 81 to get into Zandvoort town centre or to get into Haarlem.

Zandvoort train station is at walking distance of 20 minutes, direct connections with Amsterdam, Haarlem and Schiphol Airport.
