Newly build tiny modern apartment. Because of the light colours and lots of light the ambiance is very peaceful. There is one very comfortable double bed (boxspring 180x200) and a baby bed upon request. Max 2 adults. Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Walking distance from the center and the beach. 10 minute walk to the railwaystation. 15 minute walk to the F1 racetrack. Private entrance and patio. No smoking inside and no pets.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a dining table.
