"Eleni" is a Villa built on the sea front of the quiet and relaxing old village of Alykanas, located 15 km north of Zakynthos town, that promises to make your holiday in Greece a cozy and unforgettable experience.
"Villa Eleni" is also available for 8 persons, contact us so we can inform you accordingly.
The center of the village is 1.5 km away with more than a dozen restaurants, bars, supermarket and everything you will need during your stay there.
A balcony that overlooks the Ionian Sea will offer you lovely moments of relaxation in a calm and comfortable environment. “Villa Eleni" is a 70 meter walk to the sandy Xehoriatis beach, pictures of which are provided within the listing. There is also a nice cafe/bar/breakfast restaurant next door to the house which can cater to your needs.

This Villa has all the amenities for a family holiday or couples gateway and it offers a stylish but yet traditional environment.
The lovely court yard at ground level welcomes you to the property. It provides a big barbecue facility and an outside shower/ WC.

Going up the stairs on the right you will reach the property’s entrance. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances, all necessary utensils a spacious dining- family area (Satellite LCD TV provided). Through the corridor there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with sofa beds/lounge, 2 bathrooms with shower and bath facilities as well as a laundry hall with a washing machine and separate dryer.
Taking the stairs up to the second floor you will find two double bedrooms and the last bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. All rooms are air-conditioned.
A few steps will lead you to the magnificent balcony where you will find a dining area, lounge chairs and fantastic views.

The wider area can offer a variety of outdoor activities like horse back riding and water sports as well as boat transportation to popular touristic sites like Ship wreck and Blue Caves.

Greek Island Family Holiday

We read the reviews about your property and thought wow! It was exactly what we wanted and exactly what we got. It is a beautiful property, and thoughtfully provisioned. Loved the nearby beach, not overly crowded with crystal clear water. We loved the Taverna next door and the bar at the end of the beach. We were well looked after before our arrival as well with assistance in car hire and ideas about what sights of interest and other restaurants were recommended. Thank you Villa Eleni for a most memorable and fantastic holiday!!!

Lovely villa, well equipped. Beautiful views. Fab bathrooms. Great screens on windows and doors to let air in but not mozzies.we ate in a few times as it has everything you need. We changed the rooms downstairs to suit our needs and moved the sofa beds as sofas into lounge for more seating and then moved the single beds into the room facing the beach for a fab view, as we only needed the 3bedrooms. So easy to pop back to villa for lunch snacks and bathroom!! Very cute friendly dog next door which we would pop round for a stroke and a tit bit too every time we went out, wanted to take her home!! Lovely area. We had a great holiday with our 3 daughters and 2 sons in law. Exceptionally clean with a great mid stay clean too. Thank you.

Fabulous accomodation in a great location

We had a really enjoyable stay at villa Eleni. From beginning to end all correspondence was answered quickly. The villa has a great space for one large extended family or 2 families. There was everything we needed to make our stay a perfect holiday. The beach nearby for us was idyllic with the fabulous shoestring bar above to get some great food and amazing cocktails. The location was perfect for walking to Alakynas and Alykes and a short drive to Tsilivi. We love Keri so didnt mind the 45 minutes or so by car to get there. We will definitely book Villa Eleni again and are sure you wont be disappointed either.

La villa è stupenda ,super accessoriata.la terrazza molto ampia e con una vista incantevole.siamo arrivati ,e la casa era pulitissima.nelle due settimane di soggiorno hanno fatto le pulizie di fondo ben 3 volte con cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani.tra i 70 metri che dividono la casa dalla spiaggia piccola ma atrezzata ,con un'acqua meeravigliosa,ci sono ben due taverne molto caratteristiche dove abbiamo mangiato dei cheeseburger meravigliosi.non dimenticate di bere il mojto nella taverna fuori casa,perché è davvero fatto bene.il nostro soggiorno è da cinque stelle.posto strategico per muoversi.non perdetevi dafni ,ti sembra di nuotare dentro un acquario.
