Quirky antique highland hotel.

The hotel had unusual and quaint furnishings in the main hotel, the rooms were, slightly old fashioned but ours was spacious , comfortable and well equipped.The extras in the room included slippers dressing gown , complimentary toiletries of a high standard and chocs were brought round or placed on the bed every afternoon.The buffet breakfast was simply outstanding , with a massive range of choice .Something for everyone and the staff were very attentive at breakfast. The hotel provided an excelllent view of the town park and mountains in our case and we had a balcony .Television , with 2 Engish speaking news channels .The rooms were warm and all in all we flet we had an excellent stay .

Booked this hotel online and they moved us to another hotel which was further from town - I wasn't happy, I booked this for a reason, never staying there again

Closed Down For Violations

When we arrived at the Litwor Hotel it had caution tape across all entrances, and we were told it was closed down that morning. Someone directed us to a related property to stay at.

Not what I expected, disappointed!

The wifi system is invasive and would contravene privacy laws in many countries (I had to commit to receiving promotional material and having my browsing data shared to access the wifi). While I'd was eventually resolved, the room booked and the room provided on arrival should be equivalent, this was not the case. The hotel calls itself 5 star, this quality of service, the amenities simply do not measure up to 5 star. The furniture in the room was cheap, damaged and the room was not properly cleaned. Breakfast from 8am Sunday is too late. On the whole the staff did try to assist us as best they could, I felt they were hamstrung by the environment and the systems. The food was of reasonable quality

Staff attitude problem.

Receptionist (Gregory) is unfriendly and unhelpful!!! Bellboy does not help wit the luggage (he keeps on watching you carrying them)!!! Housekeeping left some of our clothes under the bed cover, which troubled us finding them upon check out. Receptionist upon check out was very good. Breakfast is good. Location is good.

Nice hotel, great location.

Hotel located in the heart of Zakopane and Krupowki Street. Close to shopping and points of interest. Would recommend this hotel and definatly will stay there again.

Overall excellent, unless you are fussy.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were helpful and the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was amazing in its variety and tasty. However the beds are low and the mattress is foam based. I had to ask for a change of sheet as mine was so completely starched that it didn't allow my body to breathe. My husband had no problem! The staff were very obliging. The views from the window were wonderful. On the minus side there is no proper lounge area where one could relax other than on bar stools .

It is a comfortable hotel with a very nice staff. Very close to a street with restaurants and shops but not noisy. Stay in and eat the the restaurant for dinner at least once, it is fantastic!

Very comfortable hotel in central location.

Very comfortable hotel with a central location, convenient for shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes walk from the Tatra National Park. Excellent breakfast buffet with a very impressive variety of items available. Hotel also has good spa facilities. Highly recommended.

Old world charm

The only downside of this hotel was the size of the beds ,we had a twin room and the beds were very small I would suggest booking a double room the double in the next room was 4 times the size of mine . Very pleasant staff and great wellness centre with pool

Hotel with Old World Appeal

Charming hotel with an Old World ambience. If you are looking for a more authentic experience this property would be a very good choice. They boast of a traditional Polish kitchen and they did not disappoint. The breakfast in particular was a wonderful array of regional dishes.The bathroom was modern, the room was modest, but clean and our view of the mountains was a delight.

Charming hotel with beautiful mountain views

Hotel Litwor was located in the heart of town and only steps away from all restaurants and shops. The views of the Tatras were excellent. The pool was clean with a lot of natural light. In the rooms the bathroom was simple with a small shower and basic sink and toilet. The breakfast was great the choices were plenty and you can have a glass of champagne.
