The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and well furnished. The reason for the 3 stars was the paper thin walls and lack of insulation. We were on the lower floor and could hear EVERY sound throughout the adjacent Starbucks and the streets nearby. “Noisy room” would be an understatement. Maybe better luck if you get an upper floor.

We loved the staff and stay at this Hotel. It was first rate. The breakfast was excellent and we loved our view of the Cathedral. If i have a complaint it is this: The photo in the attached Horel.com advertisement is misleading. The Hotel DOES NOT. Control that dining area and it was booked up for private events. If you are booking for that photo op —beware it is misleading. Otherwise this was excellent. Thank you to Alan at the front desk. Very helpful and respectful.

Amazing hotel

Staff is super welcoming, the rooms and very clean and staff is always willing to help with anything/ restock anything. We did the park but heard it was nearby. The breakfast is very good and there is a buffet on Sunday mornings. The views from the hotel are immaculate.

In overall I would stay at this hotel but there are some good and not so good points. Good points: location, convenience, friendly staff, overall cleanliness and condition Areas to Improve: Restaurant onsite closes around 2pm, dining options around are poor, room service runs late, on my last day my room had no power from 4am to just before noon, TV was difficult to set (looks like rooms have same remote code, so TV turned off or changed channels without touching the remote). But in overall, a hotel located at Zacatecas city center is the best option to explore the area. Everything was nearby the hotel.

Disappointing Room and Guest Services Room service was poor, and when we requested assistance with a taxi, we were told to walk to the corner of the street and wait for one ourselves, rather than having staff call one for us. This lack of support was frustrating and not what we expected from the hotel.
