Hotel Emporio is well located in the center of Zacatecas. What stood out most was the staff, who were consistently helpful and attentive. They made check-in smooth, offered clear guidance on the area, and were quick to respond to anything I needed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the combination of location and service made for a very good experience.

Stay in the heart of beautiful colonial Zacatecas at Hotel Emporio. Next to the church, walkable to plenty of restaurants and bars, convenient underground parking for guests. While there is no a/c, there are plenty of fans and at 8,000 feet of elevation, Zacatecas cools down considerably at night, even in summer.

The stuff was great and friendly but ine night i when out in the vehicle and came back with garage doors close and they didn't fine me in the list to let me back in it was a good 30-40 minutes to figured out and let me back in. And my room the toilet was broken but everything else's was great.
