Kein Haus sondern nur angebautes Zimmer; Schlafzimmer fehlt; nächster Badestrand 40(!) km, TV klein

Obwohl nirgends angezeigt liegt Objekt direkt an grosser Apfel- und Birnenfarm, zur Erntezeit starke Geräuschbelästigung ab 7 Uhr. Nicht „1Zimmer + 1Schlafzimmer“ sondern nur ein Zimmer (28qm) mit darin stehendem Küchen—Dusche-,Toilettenblock, nach oben, in das Zimmer, offen. Bett: Nur Schlafcouch, 160 cm Liegefläche, durchgehende Bettdecke. Keine bzw. unzureichende Verdunkelung, daher ab Sonnenaufgang taghell. Vor Waschbecken kein Spiegel, nur winziger, angelehnter Behelfsspiegel. TV: Altes, winziges Röhrengerät (30cm) mit schlechter Bildqualität; nur NL-Programme eingestellt; deutsche Programme(Satellit) muss man selber suchen (ab Kanal 111). Keine Besuchermappe mit Infos. Entfernung Badestrand (hinter Breskens) 40km (one way), daher täglicher Besuch aufwendig und teuer. Sauberkeit eingeschränkt, zB 10 tote Insekten in Lampenschirm. Positiv: netter Wirt (nur 1x gesehen), Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung). Nette, große Terasse, vom Wein und Hopfen umrankt. Hund kann weitgehend frei laufen, aber Achtung: Traktorverkehr! Fazit: Objekt entspricht nicht der Beschreibung, Wohnen dort nur bedingt erholsam, vielleicht was für Leute, die „Wohnen auf dem Bauernhof“ suchen. Sind 2 Tage früher gefahren als gebucht.

Wunderbar

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und den Aufenhalt genossen.Die Gastfreundschaft ist hervorragend! Allerdings kann dieses wunderschöne Kleinod eine Renovierung vertragen.Ansonsten haben wir keinerlei Beschwerden und würden es immer wieder buchen.

Sehr klein, aber für zwei Leute total gemütlich!

Wir (und unsere Hunde) haben hier einen schönen Kurz-Urlaub verbracht. Das Häuschen ist wirklich klein, aber für zwei Leute sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage. Der Außen-Sitzplatz war super, mit Blick in die grüne Birnenplantage. Nicht so angenehm war, daß um die Toilette herum keine Wand ist. Aber wenn man sich gut kennt, ist das ok.
