Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire home and property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. For your privacy, only registered guests are permitted on-site.

Yucca Mesa offers a tranquil, "off-the-grid" feel while remaining remarkably close to the High Desert’s most iconic cultural and natural landmarks.

Getting Around:

While we are off a paved road, many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.



Other Things to Note:

◎ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.



◎ DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.



◎ SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!



◎ CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.



◎ ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain



◎ CAMERA: This home has a security camera mounted on, and directed at the exterior of the home in order to monitor the quantity of cars on property so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances.
