This light filled loft has all the luxury feel of a Downtown Chicago loft with 10 foot ceilings, large windows and exposed brick! You will enjoy cooking in the brand new kitchen and cleanup is easy with a full sized dishwasher! Just steps from Hyperion Coffee, Sidetrack, Aubree’s pizza and so many other great spots! This loft is a brand new space set in a historic building that was originally a hotel in 1839, then barracks used for the civil war in 1862. Amazing history!

This apartment is very chic in a great location. It is in the depot neighborhood of Ypsilanti with several boutique shops and restaurants in easy walking distance of the property.
