Booked 4 rooms using Expedia. Upon arrival I supplied credit card for Incidentals and damage deposit and signed in as per normal for all four rooms. After advising that we had no vehicles on location at hotel, since all 4 individuals were driving heavy commercial and parked at another location, we were refused the rooms. Ryan at reception indicated that his boss demands a license plate number. I suggested he get his boss on the phone and he refused, saying only “call Expedia”. After explaining once again that the trucks were parked some distance away and that I didn’t have any plate numbers available, he said just make one up, that his boss comes down on him hard if he doesn’t fill out his paperwork correctly. BRILLIANT!!! I can assure you Ryan, we will never be back.
We found a dried up French frie in the chair we sat in, a false eyelash in the fridge and on the floor in the bathroom, 2 bobby pins. Breakfast was great if you were a vegetarian. The pool area was very cold, every guest swimming sat in the hot tub because the waterslide and pool were too cold to stay in. Even the young children shivered and sat in the hot tub.
Was clean but dated. Shower ran hot then cold, constantly had to adjust temp. No restaurant as advertised. Complimentary breakfast was nothing special. Room was quiet but choices when traveling with pets limited. One blanket per bed, no bedspread. Worst of all was No internet in our room. Probably won’t stay here again despite the deal they gave us. I could not believe it was a Ramada more like a 2 star than 3 star. Makes Motel 6 look good.
Stayed here for a few nights on our travels across Canada. Rooms were spacious and clean. We did need to ask to change rooms due to an ongoing 'tapping' sound in the wall (perhaps water dripping somewhere since temperatures were milder) We were changed--no questions asked. Front desk personal friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bonus each morning. No complaints--I've stayed in worse for a higher price.
It is an old building! Clean anyways but noisy there’s a pool so people talking late at night you can hear everything. And my room got a door connection to the other room so i was able to listen their conversation so that’s no good! For one night staying is good!
Bed was very uncomfortable, hotel seemed really dark and decore was a bit out dated but hotel staff was absolutely amazing! Really clean, most likely will stay again, affordable as well which is nice,
The kids loved this place mainly for the pool. The breakfast was nice, very well kept with lots of seating and clean. Front desk very friendly. Decor dated but not in disrepair. Wifi was very spotty dropping out all the time. Daughter forgot her bathing suit and they shipped it home for free. Great value at a reasonable rate.
I only needed a place to stay overnight as I was arriving late and leaving early. I called ahead to let them know of late check-in. The room was very clean, and staff very friendly. There was a continental breakfast available the next morning. Great price with breakfast included. It seems to be on one of the main business routes in. Very happy with my stay.
Stuck in a snow storm, we spent the night in a rather quaint motel until we were in a condition to keep travelling the next day. Was making the Trip from Alberta back to Nova Scotia with animals. Did find a place that was animal friendly
We had 3 session's training at Harvest in Ramada .Meeting room is not much renovated, but clean. I can say Ramada is very convenient hotel. Restaurant looks like quiet. However, pre-setting banquet food is excellent with sandwich, broccoli soup and Greek salad. Not expensive .Guest room is quiet and clean. The pool is recommended for big family..
