Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms in a great location with free parking. I’ve stayed before and have just tried to book for next year but nearly every weekend is booked up through 2026. This time the noise around the apartment was a bit more. Doors slamming, people walking past and up the stairs not being considerate. Hairdryer provides, plenty of towels, hand wash and shower wash. Sachets of Nescafé and Yorkshire Tea bags with the usual cartons of uht milk and sugar. Only thing I’d add that it didn’t have was a freezer compartment for ice. We will definitely return if we can ever book in!

Ideal base for a visit to York

Efficicent check in and key pickup at nearby hotel. Apartment was roomy and conveniently located close to the Ouse Bridge and central York - within easy walking distance of all the main sights. Excellent selection of restaurants nearby to suit all tastes. The apartment was clean and well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and ample supply of hot water for bath and showers.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel in York. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchen and some necessary utensils, which made it feel like a home away from home. The receptionist staff were helpful. The location is excellent - just a short walk from train station, the Shambles, York Minster and many other attractions. Everything is easily walkable, which made exploring the city very convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting York!

Property was excellent all around. Very convenient to the train station and just right over the bridge into the town. The street was quiet and safe, and the apartment was nice and spacious. Excellent location, great set up. As it was unusually hot, it would have been nice to have a/c. Be sure to stock up on toilet paper when you check in as check in for apartment is in a different hotel down the street and around the corner.

The apartment was very comfortable and had a great location, just 10’ walking to the Minster. The only problem I saw is that the internet was a bit spotty. Also the hot water was too hot and didn’t mix with the cold water (apartment 6). How hard is to have a good functioning water system?

Conveniently located in city centre within walking distance to shopping and tourist attractions. Good for family stay. Only downside is the limited parking lots onsite. The hotel does provide discount voucher for parking at a nearby NCP car park though.

Really friendly and early check in - easy to park safely in a gated car park (but prebook it as it's not obvious on the website) Really close to city centre and an easy walk to everything. Well equipped 'flat' with washing machine and full kitchen facilities. Really good and decent price. We'll be back for a longer stay.

Great location!

This was my third stay here! Great location and lots closeby. Easy to get into the town centre, just a short walk over the bridge. Sainsburys and Tesco next road over for anything you might need (milk, snacks etc). Staff really friendly and replied quickly to any queries we had (many thanks!). Lovely Italian just along the road called 'Enoteca' highly recommend! Also a wonderful Thai restaurant called 'Tah Tien' a stone's throw away. The famous Betty's tea room just a short walk away. Plenty of shopping in the main town and there is a fantastic outlet mall 15mins away which is reachable by bus. Station only a short walk away. Beds are comfy. A few suggestions for improvements having stayed a few times now: A full length mirror would be useful. TV is mounted very high on the wall which makes it quite uncomfortable to watch. More lighting needed expecially in the bedroom, difficult to see what you're doing if applying make-up! Thanks again for yet another lovely stay! :)

The location of this property is excellent for getting around York. Everything is walking distance. Having car parking is great too. It is advertised as having Wi-Fi but the speeds are below 1Mbps which makes it unusable. We were told it is being upgraded in 2 weeks but in it's current state it is pointless.
