Unfortunately, the room did not meet my expectations. The shower floor was stained with what appeared to be black marks, and the shower door was unable to close fully, which caused water to leak and made it inconvenient to use. Additionally, the bed was not comfortable, which made it difficult to rest properly. I value cleanliness and comfort when traveling, and I was disappointed that these standards were not met. The room was lovely. The staff were very warm, helpful and courtious. For some reason I had to reconnect to the Internet daily but did not ask for help. Food was OK. I understand they are in the process of getting a restaurant which should help along with a gift shop. GIven I was there over Christmas when cold and due to weather Downtown sidewalks were slippery away from the hotel my ability to walk to the downtown restaurants was limited. Would like to come back in mllder weather
