Upon arrival we were told that we had booked on a room only basis. Breakfast would have been an additional £15 per person per night. When I checked my booking, it did say that breakfast was included. So glad I didnr pay the £15. Terrible breakfast. Luke warm, sausages as hard as bricks and poor quality ingredients. Trying to eat breakfast with people screaming playing table football at 8am. The place had more of a youth club/hostel vibe than the quirky/cool hotel we were expecting. Hotel gubby. Seats stained. Bathroom accessories dirty on top. Empty Prosecco bottle under our bed. Bedroom window didn’t close properly which meant it was cold and noisy at times. Generally run down. Nice staff. Comfortable bed. Would never choose a Moxy hotel again.

The room was lovely and clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful, even when we checked out the receptionist asked if there was anything else we would like help with. I thought this was a very thoughtful and nice thing to ask. The bar area was airy and well laid out and the drinks were reasonably priced.
