Bienvenido a nuestra hermosa casa de vacaciones, el lugar perfecto para explorar York y sus alrededores.

La casa de vacaciones tiene 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, un elegante salón abierto, cocina y comedor y estacionamiento para 2 autos. Wi-Fi gratuito y televisión inteligente, incluido Netflix. Hemos amueblado nuestra casa al más alto nivel y hemos agregado muchos toques adicionales para brindar a nuestros huéspedes un lugar al que deseen regresar una y otra vez. Estamos seguros de que aquí se sentirá como en casa. 

Situado en una tranquila zona residencial a solo 8-10 minutos a pie (¡lo hemos programado!) de la ciudad histórica de York, la casa no podría estar en una mejor ubicación. Desde la esquina de la casa, puede dar un paseo por el río Ouse, sobre el puente Skeldergate y estará en la ciudad en muy poco tiempo. La belleza de esta ubicación es que le ofrece un fácil acceso a todas las atracciones de la ciudad, así como un retiro tranquilo al que volver al final del día. Al estar un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad, no hay tráfico cerca de la casa, por lo que podemos garantizarle una buena noche de sueño durante su estadía para que pueda recargar sus baterías para el día siguiente. 

Bishopthorpe Road está justo en la cima de la calle, ganador del premio "The Best British High Street 2015". En esta encantadora calle encontrará pubs que sirven cervezas tradicionales, cafeterías, restaurantes, panaderías, supermercados, delicatessen y comida para llevar, así como tiendas especializadas. 

Si viaja en familia, apreciará el hermoso Rowntree Park, que está a solo 5 minutos a pie. Aquí encontrará mucho para entretener a los niños, incluyendo 2 áreas de juego, canchas de baloncesto, estanque de patos, parque de patinaje, canchas de tenis y el encantador Rowntree Park Reading Café.

It was perfect for exploring York and the Yorkshire moors. The location was convenient to the city sights, shopping, restaurants, and the train station. The rooms were bright and cheery, clean and well-appointed. I would definitely return.

Fabulous accommodation!

The house is beautifully presented, immaculately clean and has a very welcome chilled bottle of wine waiting for the guests in the fridge ( along with 2 pints of milk which is always handy). Being so close to the city centre and with free parking is a huge asset.

Lovely house near city centre

Very clean throughout. Spacious open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room. Extremely well equipped. TV above bath a nice touch. Bedrooms perfect for us (2 adults, 2 kids aged 5 & 8). Two parking spaces just around the corner. City centre only a 10 min walk. Rowntree park (good for kids) only 5 min walk. Location was very handy for city break. Only negative was the shower head needs to be higher up, apart from that - fantastic all round :-)

Family Trip

This property is amazing and for anyone visiting York a perfect base. Right from the start of booking the owner was extremely helpful and flexible. The location is best of both worlds, Close to the centre but Bishy Road is a gem in itself you wouldnt necessarily come across. The house itself was beautiful with lots of lovely touches and very well stocked. We had an amazing time in this property and will definitely be visiting again. I couldnt recommend more!

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht den Fotos und Angaben in der Beschreibung. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innenstadt sind in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. In der unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere nette Restaurants. Zur Wohnung gehören 2 Parkplätze, die gut anzufahren sind. Vom Bahnhof hat die einfache Fahrt mit dem Taxi 5 £ gekostet. Die Gastgeberin ist gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Another Fantastic stay

We have stayed before and are already planning to visit again. The property has everything needed (and more) and was spotlessly clean. Two parking spaces is a bonus, we didn’t need a car as everything in York was in easy walking distance.

Perfect in every way

This is the perfect house in a perfect location and it has everything you would want to make your stay perfect. At the end of your road you have Bishy road filled with bars, restaurants, shops and Deli’s etc and you are only 15 mins easy walk from the centre of York. The house is super clean and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and has everything you need. The surroundings are quiet and you also have the luxury of your own parking space. Great stay and will definitely come back

A gem -ideal place to stay in York

A really good house to stay for a break in York. Ideally located with parking a few yards away. It has great Wi-Fi well-appointed throughout with tasteful décor and top end appliances ..Made to feel welcome their-appreciate bottle of wine & coffee/teas biscuits etc made available to us. Christmas tree already lit awaited us on our arrival. Very quiet too and ideal for sleep and chilling out. Plenty of routes into York by foot -10 to 15 mins depending on where you go to in City Centre.” Bishy Road” which has plenty of shops/eateries as at the end of the road too. Excellent in every way & hope to return to finish off sightseeing in York
