Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff

Pros- Really good hotel, staff were very friendly, checked in early at no extra cost as room was ready, comfy beds, room looked freshly renovated and was very clean. Cons- shower gel dispenser didn’t work so I used the shampoo instead, water pressure was really poor which made the showering and hair washing take quite a while.

Hotel appears to have kept the areas in the communal areas very nice and new but the room was a disappointment. Especially the bathroom. There was mound in and around the shower fittings. The door hinges were rusty and the shower itself was terrible! No pressure at all. I was expecting more, considering the foyer, restaurant and other areas looking so nice and well kept.

Lovely Central Hotel

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Bag drop off early was good, and well organised. The hotel was newly refurbished and it did present very well. Comfy bed,smalll but lovely bathroom with all toiletries. We were situated at the front of the hotel and it was a little noisy but this did stop by 11.30pm. Breakfast was plentiful and there were lots of variety. Staff were plesant and helpful. Very clean!
