Amazing for a short stay. Close to major tourist attractions and right next to Subway station. Glad to find out that major store like Don Qijote is right around the corner.

The room was clean and spacious. I asked for a nonsmoking room but the room and hallways had a lingering cigarette smell. The outside of the hotel looks nicer and less outdated than the room I got. I did not like that there was no AC I could control nor a window I could open. It was very hot and stuffy. I did like that there was a station and a Lawson right outside the hotel entrance.

It has a subway station right in front and the travel time to the water front takes 10 minutes for a fare of 210 yen. Great bonus as this hotel is in the suburbs. The staff speaks very little English. Value for money if one is prepared to use public transport.
