Catastrophique !

Asresse erronée ne correspondant pas a celui indiqué sur le site hôtel.com. En 20 ans de voyage a travers le monde j'ai rarement vu un hôtel aussi mal entretenu et infecté d'humidité et de détritus. Nous avons immédiatement changé d'hotel et nous vous avons contacté pour un remboursement si possible, nous sommes toujours en attente d'une réponse (favorable on l'espère) de votre part.
