有失五星级酒店水准的自助晚餐

酒店位置临海，过马路就是天马栈桥和海边，看落日和夜景非常好。酒店客房服务需要改进，每日洗浴用品经常配置不全，而且洗发水和沐浴液颜色一样完全分不清楚，建议酒店使用不同颜色的瓶子进行区分。 最让我们感到失望的是酒店自助晚餐，每人198元的收费，但完全不符合五星级酒店的自助餐标准。我们19:30到的餐厅，餐台上的食品已经像快收摊一样了，令人失望。一般酒店主打的冰鲜海鲜区看不到扇贝，生蚝等品种多样的海鲜，海虾只有几只，三文鱼也是跟服务员要求后才有人来切给你一点儿。蔬菜沙拉都已见底，冷切食品例如Salami, Cheese，Ham等完全没有提供。小龙虾小得可怜，只有小手指一样大，其他主菜区里的炒菜也完全有失水准，让人看了没有食欲。我们前不久去了三亚和西安，都是入住喜来登酒店，酒店自助晚餐收费是148元和168元，而且红白葡萄酒啤酒无限畅饮。烟台的希尔顿收费最贵，而且19:30这个时间正是晚餐用餐高峰期，甜品和糕点区的选择也非常少！总之我们非常失望，完全不值得198元的消费。

今までシェラトンを使っていました。今回は初めて煙台のヒルトンホテルを使ったのですが、朝食は付いていない、忘れ物の連絡も無いスタッフのサービスも悪い、スタッフは時間があったら携帯でゲーム、チャットをしている最低のホテルでした。また冷蔵庫の飲み物の料金の間違いには連絡をしてくるが携帯を部屋に忘れたことに対しては連絡もせず、こちらから問い合わせたら「充電してます」とか訳の分からない返事をして誤魔化すなど本当に最低なスタッフでした。やはりシェラトン煙台が最高です。日本に帰ったら日本企業の全てにヒルトンホテルは泊まらないように話しをします。

호캉스 즐기기엔 최고!

오션뷰가 너무 훌륭했던 호텔이였습니다. 호텔 내에서 먹었던 저녁식사도 맘에 들었고, 라운지 이용과 호텔 내 수영장, 헬스장 등 부대시설 활용 만족도가 높았습니다. 덕분에 힐링하고 갑니다. 다음에도 또 가고 싶습니다 ^-^
