Good hotel in a good location. Helpful staff. Clean room. Quiet at night. Made us a packed breakfast as we were leaving very early for a flight.

Disappointing experience

My son flipped over a tea cup and dirty the table. He used the towel to clean the table. Later, the hotel said that the towel was damaged and demanded us to USD 15 for the towel. Actually, the towel can be cleaned and we should not be charged for this high price for the towel.

Cheap if thats what you value most in a hotel.

The room was small and only had a shower no bath tub. House keeping never changed the sheets during our 4 night stay and repeatedly forgot to restock bottled water. Twice they forgot to leave clean robes when we left them on floor to be replaced. Once they took the extra key card I had requested so I could leave the AC on when we went out (so room would remain cool). When I advised the Hotel desk, they stated that after checking with house keeping that they did not take the card and that I would be charged $10 for the lost card. The next day the keycard was returned while we were out, so I can not say what had happened to it. Your guess is as good as mine. Overall the low price made it worth the stay though I can't really recomend it.

New hotel, friendly service. Busy area with many restaurants around but close to the airport. Only stayed one night for an early onwards flights. Rooms facing the road are pretty noisy.

Close to airport about 10 mins drive, new hotel, clean, sound insulation not too good, would be nice to have more variety on breakfast, there's a small shopping center across the road for supplies and food. Nice stay afterall.

Definitely a hotel to avoid. Very poor customer service and receptionist service. I booked for this hotel at expedia and as soon as they give me the room, the reception call to my room and tell me they give me a wrong room. After they moved me to another room, the reception call me again and accuse me of taking the bathroom materials from the older room. Which I certainly didn’t do. After the thorough explanation, they admit that they make a mistake, but never apologized. It’s not over yet, the air conditioner in the new room was not cold at all, so I call to the reception and complain them. After 1 hour the service man arrived and check the air conditioner. They said wait for another hour before its cold. Which certainly get on my nerves and told them to change another room with working air conditioner or I want a refund. Terrible customer service. Terrible responsibility. Never gonna book there again. Certainly a hotel to aviod in Yangon.
