Villa Vero es un acogedor dúplex situado en uno de los barrios más tranquilos y prestigiosos de Playa Blanca. Cuidada con mucho mimo, en Villa Vero te sentirás como en casa!

Llena de todos detalles, amarás comer al aire libre debajo de su gran porche. Disfruta de su piscina climatizada durante todo el año en un entorno tranquilo y relajado. Villa Vero se convertirá en tu segunda casa!



Villa Vero es un acogedor duplex dividido en dos amplias plantas.

La planta alta consta de un luminoso dormitorio con cama doble y el dormitorio principal con cama king size con baño completo en suite. Las dos habitaciones tienen acceso directo a una amplia y soleada terraza.



En la planta baja encuentran otro dormitorio doble con dobles ventanas y vistas a la terraza privada, un baño completo y bien equipado, un salón acogedor con una pequeña zona de comedor y una luminosa y amplia cocina completa (excepto microondas).



Al exterior disponen de una magnifica terraza donde encuentran el corazón de la casa: un gran porche techado con comedor exterior, ideal para que todas vuestras comidas tengan un aire relajado, cálido y podáis crear momentos inolvidables.

Además la terraza cuenta con una ducha externa y una fantástica piscina climatizada todo el año.



La casa ofrece también aire acondicionado en las dos plantas, además de ventiladores de techo modernos .



La villa consta con parking privado. Siendo este último un poco justo, se aconseja aparcar fuera del residencial. Los aparcamientos públicos están en una calle sin salida, muy tranquila y transitada solo por los residentes. La casa está a menos de 100 metros de la entrada del residencial.

Buena ubicación:

La villa se encuentra en una zona residencial muy tranquila, a 5 minutos caminando del supermercado y a 10 minutos del paseo marítimo que conecta todo el litoral de Playa Blanca. 20minutos caminando hasta Marina Rubicón.

En coche en menos de 5 minutos llegan al centro del pueblo donde encuentran todo lo que necesitan, desde bares y restaurantes hasta tiendas de ropa, farmacia, joyerías etc.
