Ideal si estas buscando paz y silencio, si quieres descansar del ruido de tu ciudad sin renunciar a la cercanía de bares y restaurantes por si te apetece comer fuera. Es una casa coqueta y luminosa con unas vistas increíbles a Fuerteventura y a las Montañas de Los Ajaches. Está en una zona tranquila a menos de 10min caminando del Puerto Deportivo Marina Rubicón y además muy cerca de las Playas de Papagayo, las más bonitas de la isla!



Villa Perla Blanca es un luminoso dúplex ubicado en Playa Blanca.



En la planta alta encuentran una espaciosa habitación con cama king size, baño completo privado con doble lavamanos y vistas maravillosas. Además hay una ideal amplia terraza adyacente con una vistas espectaculares a las montañas de los Ajaches por un lado y a Marina Rubicón y el oceano por el otro.



En la planta baja dispone de un dormitorio con dos camas individuales muy cómodas y vista a la piscina y terraza. Un baño completo y moderno, una cocina luminosa y completa con horno, microondas, lavavajillas, tostadora, hervidor y cafetera. La misma tiene acceso a una completa zona de lavandería.

El salón-comedor luminoso y espacioso con toque minimalista y moderno tiene acceso directo al exterior.



La terraza ofrece zona de comedor al aire libre, ideal para todas tus comidas, una piscina con espectaculares vistas al oceano y unas tumbonas ideales para tomar el sol o para disfrutar de un buen vino mirando el horizonte.



Las terrazas están dotadas de pérgolas de sol y sombra esenciales en las horas más calurosas del día.



¡Villa Perla Blanca es ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en relax, lejos del tráfico y los ruidos de las ciudades !
